**In years past we have been able to support trainees with a partial registration refund.  We are hoping to do this again but we will not know until the meeting gets closer and we have a better idea of the budget.

**Included in the registration is access to all presentations, two coffee breaks per day, lunch each day, the welcome reception and social event, for the attendee only. Guests/family members will be able to attend the dinner a fee.  More information to be provided at a later time. No attendee under the age of 18 is permitted to attend any portions of the workshop.
REFUNDS will only be granted until May 1 and will incur a charge of $30 USD processing.

In order to encourage underrepresented minority participation, The World Molecular Imaging Society is has provided a travel stipend of $400 each for 2 URM trainees, meeting the NIH criteria for URMs.  We will notify the recipients before the start of the workshop.
