Pasadena, CA is served by Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which has direct connections to most major cities in the US and around the world.  In addition, Burbank airport provides convenient regional service. Caltech is located 28 miles from LAX and 17 miles from Burbank, both of which are conveniently reached by rideshare and taxi.

COVID-19 POLICY
*****You are required to be vaccinated on Caltech campus, it’s university policy.  We ask that you home test yourself the day before arrival and that you do not come to any conference lectures or activities if you are symptomatic.  If you become COVID-19 positive while at the conference, please let organizers know as soon as possible.  

GUESTS
Registration fees for the workshop includes access to all presentation, coffee, breaks, lunches, welcome reception and social event for the ATTENDEE ONLY.   Guests/family members will be able to attend the dinner on July 25th, for a fee.  More information to be provided at a later time. No attendee under the age of 18 is permitted to attend any portions of the workshop.
